Fort Laramie strawberries (Fragaria × ananassa 'Fort Laramie') are a hardy, everbearing variety known for their exceptional flavor, glossy red fruits, and reliable productivity. Developed to thrive in cooler climates, these compact plants grow 6–12 inches tall with lush, semi-bushy foliage. They produce medium to large, heart-shaped berries with a brilliant red sheen and rich, aromatic sweetness—perfect for fresh eating, desserts, and preserves. Fort Laramie’s robust growth and cold tolerance make it a favorite among home gardeners and small-scale growers alike.
